How to purchase

1. Choose and paySelect the license package below and complete checkout with its PayPal Buy Now button. Keep your PayPal transaction ID.
2. Create the probe fileOn a Linux GPU server, run ./gpualert -probe > probe_yourname.txt. Review the plain-text file before sending it.
3. Email your order detailsSend the probe file and the required details below to service@smartbooth.com. We will email your signed license.dat.

Node License ($149)

Send one probe file for the server to be licensed, your PayPal transaction ID, licensed customer/company name, and a contact email address.

Site License ($999–$4,999/year)

Send one representative probe file, your PayPal transaction ID, licensed customer/company name, contact email, requested Site ID, physical location or cloud account and region, and maximum concurrent node count.

After you pay, you must email your GPUAlert probe file and order details to service@smartbooth.com. PayPal does not automatically provide the machine or site information needed to issue your license. Your license is issued after we receive these details.

Important: A Node License is bound to its machine fingerprint. A Site License is not individually bound to each node; its probe is used for compatibility and order records. After receiving your license, place license.dat with the GPUAlert executable file in the same directory and verify it with ./gpualert -licenseinfo

Probe files contain machine identifiers for license processing. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes, bank fees or reseller charges may apply.

Clear counting rules

What is a node and what is a site?

Node

One node is one operating-system instance running GPUAlert: one physical Linux server, one VM, or one cloud instance. The number of GPUs installed in that node does not change the node count.

A Node License is signed to that machine fingerprint. Moving it to another machine requires a replacement-license request.

Site

One site means one purchasing legal entity operating either one named physical data center/address, or one named cloud account/project in one region. A suggested Site ID is COMPANY-LOCATION-01.

Subsidiaries, customer environments, separate cloud regions and additional physical locations are not automatically included.

How Site capacity is counted: use the highest number of Linux nodes running GPUAlert concurrently at the licensed site. Replacing or recreating a node does not consume two seats after the old node is retired.

Annual Site renewal

Renew with a new signed license file each year

A Site License expires at the end of its signed 12-month term. Renewal is manual, not an automatic credit-card charge. Contact Smartbooth before expiration and a new Ed25519-signed license.dat will be issued for the next term.

If a Site License expires, GPUAlert continues running in Trial mode: notifications receive the [TRIAL MODE] prefix and Trial notification limits apply. Installing the renewed file restores Licensed mode without requiring Internet activation.

Recommended process: request renewal about 30 days before expiration. Renewal is priced at the then-current price for the required Site capacity tier.

More than 200 nodes or more than one site?

Please summarize the scope, nodes, and country for each location to request a custom Enterprise agreement for multiple physical locations, multiple cloud regions, MSP/customer environments, redistribution rights or let us know how many concurrent nodes if you need the price for exceeding 200.
